Brian and Janet Sauder currently serve on the International Apostolic Council of DOVE. Brian directs the DOVE Global Leadership & Ministry School. Brian and Janet help to provide oversight and direction for DOVE churches in Canada, USA, India, Zambia, and South Africa. They have 35 years of experience in leadership of churches, small groups, youth groups, government, and business.
Initially trained as an Industrial Engineer at Penn State University, Brian now provides others with the tools to design and build churches, ministries, businesses, and organizations. In 2017 Brian completed a Masters of Organizational Leadership at Regent University. Much of his time is spent traveling to oversee churches and coach leaders in leadership development. Brian served nine years as an elected government official on the local public school board including two years as board president.
